The world's largest cowboy boot, found in Edmonton,
not very far from West Edmonton Mall. The smaller one
with the Christmas lights is much smaller and it's used
mostly for parades and the like, but it's very large, too.
Just to give you an idea of how high the world's largest
cowboy boot is, that "little guy" in front is 6'1" tall.

These Huge sand sculptures were made in Londonderry
Mall, one of the larger neighborhood malls.
A couple
of tons of sand was brought in to make the sand
sculptures and they were not
made in day, either,
Edmonton doesn't have to be by the ocean to make
sand sculptures, we
do what we have to do to make
them.

This is a sidewalk chalk artist creating his work
of art at the Fringe Festival Edmonton has every
year. All the art is done on the sidewalk with
blackboard colored chalk.

Skylines of Edmonton are the splendor of the beautiful
North Saskatchewan River valley. The next picture is
Gallagher Park and the Folk Festival activities in the
foreground.

A cyclist breezes past a river valley scene.

The picture on the left is one of the river valley
trails they are a boon to cyclists and joggers. The
picture on the right is Canada's first female Anglican
Bishop, she resides in Edmonton. Bishop Victoria
Matthews is seen here in Holy Trinity Anglican
Church in Edmonton.
